Novotechnik to niemiecki producent posiadający ponad 50-letnie doświadczenie na rynku światowym. Firma projektuje i produkuje szeroką gamę liniowych i obrotowych czujników położenia dla różnorodnych aplikacji sterowania ruchem w branżach: motoryzacyjnej, budowy maszyn, tworzyw sztucznych, sprzętu medycznego czy hydraulicznego. Kładąc szczególny nacisk na jakość swoich produktów Novotechnik, jako jedna z pierwszych firm na świecie otrzymała certyfikat zarządzania jakością ISO/TS 16949 zgodny z wymaganiami przemysłu samochodowego VDA 6.1, QS9000, EAQF, AVSQ oraz certyfikat ISO 9001. Novotechnik będąc jedną z firm koncernu Siedle Group, korzysta z doświadczenia i zaplecza innych marek koncernu. Owocem tej współpracy jest szeroka oferta produktów szwajcarskiej firmy Contelec będących w ofercie Novotechnik, m.in. serii czujników VErt-X, Vert-X E, PD, GL czy WAL.

Asortyment produktów oferowanych przez Novotechnik składa się z trzech rodzin urządzeń. Należą do nich przetworniki położenia linowego, czujniki obrotu/kąta oraz szeroka gama akcesoriów. Czujniki położenia liniowego są zorganizowane w sześć grup urządzeń, znajdziemy tutaj prętowe przetworniki położenia liniowego (m.in. seria TE1, LS1, KLM, LWG, LWX-001, 002, 003, 0040), bezkontaktowe przetworniki położenia liniowego (serie TP1 i FTI), przetworniki z kierowaniem bocznym (seria TP1 i TLH), przetworniki ze sprężyną zwrotną (m.in. seria TE1, LS1, FTI, TR/TRS), przetworniki w obudowie cylindrycznej (TH1, TIM) oraz przetworniki w systemie otwartym (czujnik LFP z kolektorem liniowym, seria PTP i PTN). Podobnie jak przetworniki położenia liniowego, czujniki obrotu/kąta są zorganizowane w 6 grup urządzeń. Pierwszą z nich są czujniki kąta wału obrotowego gdzie znajdziemy wspomniane wcześniej czujniki Contelec (m.in. serie Vert-X 1300, 1600, 2100, 2200, a także RSC-2800 czy RSX7900), bezdotykowe czujniki kąta (m.in. serie Vert-X 05E, Vert 13E 5V, Vert-X 31E, RFA 4000, RFC 4800), czujniki kąta/potencjometry z przelotowym wałkiem drążonym (serie GL, WAL 200, WAL 300/305), potencjometry wieloobrotowe (serie ML, PD, RSM, GP, IGP), czujniki dla branży motoryzacyjnej (serie SP1600, RSC3200, SP4000, SP5000, RSC6600, SP2800) oraz czujnik w systemie otwartym serii PRS. Ofertę produktów uzupełniają akcesoria w postaci przetworników sygnałów serii MUP, MUK, MUW, konektorów, złączek, głowic rolkowych, przegubów kulowych czy wskaźników cyfrowych serii MAP i SR.
