Przewody elastyczne Lapp Kabel serii UNITRONIC®

Oferta przewodów do transmisji danych firmy Lapp Kabel obejmuje przewody UNITRONIC® do bardzo giętkich aplikacji i prowadnic łańcuchowych. Charakteryzują się one dużą odpornością na ciągłe zginanie, dzięki czemu znajdują zastosowanie w zautomatyzowanych procesach produkcyjnych czy też w ruchomych częściach maszyn.

Podstawowym przewodem do transmisji danych, przeznaczonym do pracy w ruchu ciągłym, jest przewód UNITRONIC® FD. Jego izolacja żył i płaszcz zewnętrzny wykonane są na bazie PVC. Obwój z włókniny zapewnia mu wysoką elastyczność. Dzięki takiej budowie, przewód ten jest odporny na adhezję poszczególnych przewodów w prowadnicy podczas ciągłego ruchu, a dzięki zwiększonej żywotność zapewnia bezproblemową i długotrwałą pracę podczas wielu cykli zginania. Wersja UNITRONIC® FD CY, w odróżnieniu od standardowej wersji FD, posiada pod płaszczem zewnętrznym ekran z ocynowanych drutów miedzianych, zapewniając tym samym dobrą ochronę sygnału przed zakłóceniami elektromagnetycznymi.

Innym przewodem do transmisji danych przeznaczonym do pracy w ruchu ciągłym, jest przewód UNITRONIC® FD P plus. Cechą wyróżniającą go spośród innych przewodów UNITRONIC®, jest płaszcz zewnętrzny z poliuretanu zwiększający odporność na chemikalia i umożliwiający pracę w temperaturach sięgających -40 stopni Celsjusza. Dodatkowo, powłoka ta jest odporna na zadrapania oraz uszkodzenia mechaniczne. Żyły przewodu posiadają izolację na bazie poliolefinów. Wszystkie te cechy składają się na możliwość pracy w prowadnicach łańcuchowych, również na zewnątrz. Jest idealnym przewodem dla producentów wykonujących maszyny na eksport, dzięki spełnianiu wymagań UL/CSA. Pełny oplot z ocynowanych drucików miedzianych w wersji UNITRONIC® FD CP plus minimalizuje występowanie zakłóceń elektrycznych. Poza tym, dostępna jest odmiana UNITRONIC® FD CP (TP) plus, której żyły połączone zostały w pary.
